HACCP
Factories need to adhere to certain processing and quality standards that ensure the integrity of the finished product. All our partners need to have an acceptable HAACP quality program as required by the FDA 21.
We also require the following product information:
Product Specification: The product specification identifies the key features of the product. Targeted finished values such as brix (sweetness) Acidity (tartness) Yeast and mould values.
Certificate of Analysis :(COA) The COA is a actual READING of the processed batch or lot. It represents all the relevant data as outlined in the Product Specifications. Authenticity (PURITY) statement from INDEPENDENT lab
This report establishes that the product is PURE with no inclusions but the stated ingredients.
Pesticide and Bacterial testing-INDEPENDENT LAB
We require testing by suppliers that ensure the product meets the pesticides and bacterial values. Nutritional Statement This report states the Nutritional values of the product. GMO Free Statement
This certifies that the product is not made from Genetically modified ingredients.
Kosher Certificate
We provide certification that satisfies the dietary integrity as required to make it kosher. There are different requirements for kosher certifications and we can provide OU, STAR K, Circle K, and Kosher for passover (specialty). Continuing Quality Guarantee
The processor will issue a guarantee for the quality of the product. The continuing guarantee means the processor will still behind the quality and integrity of the product. Allergen Statement
